Week 1: NFL Pick 'Em

Week 1: NFL Pick 'Em

Every week, Fantasy Football Expert Mark Deming (a former No.1 Fantasy Football player in the world) gives us his winners for every game. He is one of the most celebrated winners in high-stakes Fantasy Football.

Green Bay Packers at Seattle Seahawks
What a matchup between two NFC powerhouses to kick off the regular season. The Seahawks' defense trumps Green Bay's iffy offensive line. Russell Wilson is 17-1 at CenturyLink Field in his career. Winner: Seattle Seahawks

New Orleans Saints at Atlanta Falcons
After watching "Hard Knocks," I was not impressed with the overall roster of Atlanta. I was impressed with the Saints' defense in the preseason. Winner: New Orleans Saints

Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens
Are the Bengals that good or are the Ravens that bad? Winner: Cincinnati Bengals

Buffalo Bills at Chicago Bears
Bills do not have enough offensive fire power to hang with the Bears, and that is taking into account Chicago's shaky defense. The Bears roll in a high-scoring affair. Winner: Chicago Bears

Washington Redskins at Houston Texans
I believe in the Redskins, but not in Week 1. The Texans' defense shows up and outlasts the Redskins in a close game. Winner: Houston Texans

Tennessee Titans at Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs' defense should be the story of their home opener, and they will ride the home-field advantage to victory. Winner: Kansas City Chiefs

New England Patriots at Miami Dolphins
Two division rivals square off in a high-scoring affair. I know the Dolphins' fans have high expectations, but humble pie will be served Week 1 to the home team. Winner: New England Patriots

New England Patriots QB Tom Brady

Oakland Raiders at New York Jets
If Rex Ryan is still a truly special head coach, the Jets will win this game versus a rookie starting quarterback. Winner: New York Jets

Jacksonville Jaguars at Philadelphia Eagles
Gus Bradley has the Jags much improved, and Blake Bortles will start sooner than later. That being said, they are no match for the balanced team Philly rolls out. Winner: Philadelphia Eagles

Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers
The Browns don't have the offense yet to keep pace with the innovative Steelers offense. Winner: Pittsburgh Steelers

Minnesota Vikings at St. Louis Rams
I have watched the Vikings play proud thus far under Mike Zimmer. Adrian Peterson and Cordarrelle Patterson unleash in the dome for the upset special of the week. Winner: Minnesota Vikings

San Francisco 49ers at Dallas Cowboys
Don't underestimate Jim Harbaugh and Colin Kaepernick. I expect lots of offense and big plays. Winner: San Francisco 49ers

Dallas Cowboys WRs Terrance Williams & Dez Bryant

Carolina Panthers at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Did you notice the impact of Lovie Smith's defense already? Cam Newton may be limited Sunday as well. Winner: Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Indianapolis Colts at Denver Broncos
The Broncos' defense should be able to turn the Colts into a one-dimensional offense. Winner: Denver Broncos

New York Giants at Detroit Lions
Here are two squads who didn't impress much in the preseason. Are Eli Manning and Matthew Stafford two QBs on the decline? The Lions win because they have No. 81 and weapons in the pass-rush department. Winner: Detroit Lions

San Diego Chargers at Arizona Cardinals
Both offenses will move the ball in this game. The home field should be enough for Arizona in a close and exciting game. Winner: Arizona Cardinals
